Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't very vocal about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder in the 30s and 20s has been credited for inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley began swimming when she was just of four and continued this for over 10 years. She participated in numerous events, but was never dedicated enough because she was not ready to adhere to an incredibly strict diet to ensure her body would be able to give its maximum. In high school, she became popular for appearance and physique. She isn't known to be a romantically involved person during that time. Ashley decided after she graduated to skip college and focus instead on her profession as model. Ashley was just 15 years young when she recognized that her physique wasn't exactly what she wanted. Instigated by her grandmother, she decided to go to the gym. Following his suggestions, she went slow. Ashley, motivated by her victory at her 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships placed seventh. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued to train hard. Ashley was back at the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made the decision to not to compete. When she participated, she received offers to do photography shoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her career and declined. But, after she has quit competing Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. The magazine she was on featured her cover in a well-known magazine for fitness that launched her fitness modelling career. She was signed by an agency immediately following. Since then, she has become a highly sought after model. Her appearances have been in many bikinis and clothes businesses and was featured as the face of a renowned fitness magazine.
